Returns and replacements

We fulfil the original manufacturer warranty period and do it locally in Singapore. Thus it saves you the time and effort to return and replace the defect items.

Please follow the step by step procedure for return and replacement below for the most convenient experience:

  • Confirm that your item is indeed manufacturing defects
  • Go to Warranty Claim Form <click here> page and fill in the form.
  • Your Warranty Claim will be processed and assigned to a sales support representative, we will be sure to get in touch with you within 24 hours.
  • After it is confirmed to be a defective items, we will contact you to send in the defect items to the following address below. Please include all the original packaging whenever possible.

      • Once we have received and confirmed the items, we will send the brand new replacements. You can then continue using the items purchased.
